I have no idea what this transaction to eBay Commerce Ltd is. paypal says it is legitimate and refuses to investigate further. There is nothing on my ebay account about it. Clicking on one word says that the payee is 'variety stores' - which doesn't seem to exist. How do I contact EBAY COMMERCE UK LTD? I purchased an item form them and the payment was processed On Feb 18, 2024. I am unable to see or get a description of the item I purchased. I have not received the item. They do not match any of m recent purchases in Ebay either. When I go to the resolution center, it states that these transactions are not eligible for resolution. Help!

Depends if the buyer opened an Ebay or a Paypal dispute as they are 2 separate companies with 2 separate policies for buyer protection. However if a buyer wins a claim and the seller refuses to refund then Ebay OR Paypal will refund under their buyer protection scheme. anything to do with ebay is incomplete in the transaction details records when you click on the activity for example this is a recent transaction Mar 13, **** Authorization to eBay Commerce Inc. I've asked paypal about this explaining hes just a trader and has only 80% feedback rating at present with alot of neg feedback and they're saying that name is all they hold on file for him. Received email from paypal stating my payment to ebay commerce could not be sent. So it appears I cannot purchase on ebay since its the only method I use.
